Verifying your email at Voyeur-House.TV

Today we are rolling out email verification at Voyeur-House.TV

This is a second step after our recent move to increase passwords complexity.

Both measures are aimed to protect your accounts and our content from any malicious attacks. Though we do not store any sensitive user’s data on our side, we believe in efficient security measures. In addition, by verifying your email both our sides get a guarantee that we would be able to get in touch with each other to provide & receive our blazing fast support.

There are several important things to know about it:

1. You will get an email upon your registration. The link inside is valid for 72 Hours and all you need to do is just click it, and you’re good to go.
2. If you’re our user already or missed the 72 Hour window after registration, you will see a notification in lower right corner of the website. Click it, check if your email is valid there and click “Re-Send”. You will receive a notification via Email. Open it, click the link, and it’s done 🙂
3. In case you need assistance, just reach out to us via Support Page.

Common mistakes:

• Your email is incorrect. Double-check your email before clicking “Re-Send” in the notification prompt.
• Our message may slip into your Spam folder. Though we always check that our reputation is top-notch in terms of emails, sometimes important mails may be considered as spam in different services. In this case, kindly mark our email as Not Spam and click the link inside.
• Your email domain can’t receive the emails from. Extremely rare case, but may happen to everyone. In this case, you need to contact your email service to resolve the issue on their side.

And one more important note: The email confirmation is made as “soft” as possible, allowing you to sign up to VHTV without additional steps to start watching the real life cameras. In upcoming VHTV versions we will make player unavailable for users who ignored the verification prompt for far too long.
